Pinehurst Court Docket Searches
Pinehurst publishes no name, citation, or case-number search. It publishes no municipal clerk or judge page for the city either. So read the paper record first. It names the court that issued it. A Dooly Superior filing runs through Georgia Courts E-Access and PeachCourt. A county citation may go the Dooly Probate route.
Before you call or click, gather the citation or case number, the party name, the date, and the issuing agency. Also note that the Pinehurst precinct or a county service address is not automatically the court location. Confirming the court class first saves a wasted trip.
- Identify Pinehurst local authority, Dooly Probate, Dooly Magistrate, or Dooly Superior from the notice.
- Call the issuing office when the Pinehurst web search has no current result path.
- Use the exact case or citation number and ask which clerk keeps the record.
- For Superior cases, select Dooly Superior in Georgia Courts E-Access before using the PeachCourt route.
- Request the correct plain, certified, or inspection record from the actual custodian.
Pinehurst’s 2020 Count
Census 2020 puts Pinehurst fourth among the Dooly County places used for city pages. The count is 309 people and 116 housing units. DCA planning materials add projections and service context. Those projections cannot stand in for the Census vintage, and neither set of numbers measures Pinehurst court volume.
The population figure only explains how the Pinehurst page ranks. It says nothing about how many cases a city court hears or whether one publishes a docket today.
Inside the Pinehurst Municipal Court
A 1999 Dooly service-delivery strategy mentions Pinehurst city-court service in its historical discussion of municipal government. Fast-forward to 2026, and Georgia Courts operating information lists Vienna and Unadilla municipal courts for Dooly County. Pinehurst no longer appears on that list.
So this page cannot hand you a Pinehurst judge, court day, public docket, payment vendor, or clerk phone. State that plainly. It does not mean a legal record or a live local authority is missing.
Treat any Pinehurst reference on an old form as a clue about court class. It is not a current address. Check the issuing agency, case number, and date. See whether the matter stayed local or moved into a Dooly county court. Ask the office named on the document. It can point you to the office that holds the record now.
Historical Pinehurst City Court
The old planning document helps explain why Pinehurst appears in Dooly city-court history. But it is dated material. Never use it to set a hearing date. Do not send a payment or name a current clerk. A historical service description is not a live docket source.
A citation may name a court that no longer shows up on any current web page. Call the issuing agency. Ask where the record now sits. If a county office holds it, request the case by its actual court and case number.
For the historical city-court reference, cite the DCA archive, and keep its year in the citation.
Finding Pinehurst Court Dates
Pinehurst posts no public calendar. Begin with the date printed on the citation, summons, or order, then confirm it with the issuing court. For a Dooly Superior case, the county provider route can display an event only after you complete the required access step, and it may not expose every image.
| Date | Use the current paper notice or order; no Pinehurst daily feed was found. |
|---|---|
| Time | Confirm with the issuing clerk because the public sources do not state a current city court time. |
| Place | Do not use 205 Fullington Avenue unless the source confirms it is the court location. |
| Number | Use the exact case or citation identifier provided by the court. |
| Status | Ask whether the matter is pending, reset, paid, disposed, transferred, or restricted. |
Dooly Superior settings carry one extra wrinkle. The Cordele Judicial Circuit changed its terms for 2026. Confirm first-day-of-term context with the clerk. House Bill 1121 takes effect July 1, 2026 and moves the circuit's Superior terms to January 1 and July 1. That still gives you no Pinehurst calendar. It only explains why a paper setting and a general statewide listing should be checked against the current court.
Current Listing Versus Old Plan
Splitting current listings from old plans is the core Pinehurst lookup problem. A DCA planning document can list Pinehurst city-court service. A later state operating table names only Vienna and Unadilla. It skips Pinehurst. Neither source alone yields a current Pinehurst case number, judge, or calendar.
Close the gap. Use a current citation, a court notice, a city confirmation, or a county clerk response. Never cite the 1999 plan as proof of a present schedule. A city office may say another custodian holds the record. Follow that direction.
The two sources answer different questions. The old plan describes a service arrangement at one point in time. The state listing helps identify current public court names. It still exposes no individual Pinehurst case. A careful page keeps both facts without treating either as a live docket search.
Pinehurst Traffic Ticket Lookups
Pinehurst has no public traffic citation page or payment vendor. Read the ticket. Find the issuing court and agency. Georgia Courts reports no centralized traffic citation database. It warns that entry can take 7 to 21 business days depending on the court.
A Dooly county citation may use Probate's PayYourTix instructions. These carry a 7 to 10 day entry warning. A city citation may go back to the city. It may also go to its issuing agency. Pinehurst's spot inside the county is not a reason to switch portals.
The Dooly traffic records page walks through the county route and the city route. It also covers the Must Appear limit and the court-file distinction.
County Service Coverage for Pinehurst
Dooly County's Building Department handles services for unincorporated Dooly plus Dooling, Lilly, and Pinehurst. The office sits at 113 North Third Street in Vienna. The phone is 229-268-4228. That is county-service context only. It is not a clerk's page, and it does not show that the office keeps any Pinehurst docket.
Bring a question to that department only if it is a county-service matter. A court file is different. Ask the issuing agency first whether the case sits with Dooly Superior, Probate, Magistrate, or a current municipal office.
One more caution. The Building Department address can guide a trip to Vienna for a county-service question, but do not copy it onto a summons response or a payment envelope without court confirmation. County services, the Probate and Magistrate counter, and the Superior Clerk remain separate functions even in the same county seat.
How Pinehurst Cases Reach the County
A Pinehurst citation or ordinance matter might still have a local route. A Superior civil or criminal case belongs to Dooly Superior, while an estate or guardianship goes to Probate. The city name shows the local connection, not always who keeps the court record.
Docket flow: Pinehurst local route › Dooly County Courts › Dooly County Superior Court
Once the issuing office confirms the matter is county-held, the Dooly County docket home is the next stop. A county page cannot create a city court route that does not exist.
Magistrate Fallback
The Dooly Magistrate page lists 104 South Second Street, Room 11, Vienna, Georgia 31092. The phone is 229-268-4217, and the fax is 229-268-6142. Weekday hours run 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Probate site points to the same office area but gives a different closing time. Hours can shift, so call first.
Does the citation or notice name Magistrate Court? Ask for the current case number, the date, and the copy route. If it names Superior instead, call 229-268-4234 or use Georgia Courts E-Access through PeachCourt. This fallback matters because Pinehurst has no documented public municipal route right now. It does not prove Magistrate holds every Pinehurst matter.
Senate Bill 111 combined the Probate Judge and Chief Magistrate structure starting January 1, 2021. That helps explain why a Pinehurst question may land at the shared Vienna office. It does not merge every record type into one docket. Tell the clerk whether the paper is a citation, a civil claim, an estate filing, or a Superior filing. The request then reaches the right division.
Who Can See Pinehurst Court Records
Georgia's Open Records Act gives requesters a route to existing public records, though exemptions and redactions apply. Court records can also be sealed, restricted, juvenile, or protected. Make the request precise: name the custodian, the case or citation, the date range, the record type, and the format you want.
Pinehurst access basics
Attorney General request instructions explain how to direct a written request to the actual custodian.
Open-government FAQ guidance covers estimates, copying, redaction, and legal reasons for denial.
Uniform Superior Court Rule 21 governs public access limits for a Pinehurst-origin case in Dooly Superior.
Census Versus Projection
The Census 2020 count for Pinehurst is 309. DCA's planning archive holds projected populations for Dooly municipalities, but projections are not counts and say nothing about court caseloads. Label the source and vintage whenever a population figure is quoted.
Court records deserve the same care. A historical city-court reference is not a current docket. A county service page is not a court record. A missing portal does not prove no Pinehurst record exists.
So the useful Pinehurst route is a careful classification step first. Follow it with a clerk call. An Open Records request to the custodian who confirms the file works too.
